The world we came from
Incident reports written by hand. Permits issued on carbon paper. Maintenance logs stored in filing cabinets no one checks.
Shift handovers over voice calls. Safety updates in group chats. Critical information buried in a thread of 300 messages.
Five different versions of the same checklist. An audit sheet last updated six months ago. Data that lives on one person's laptop.
Expensive platforms implemented with great fanfare. Then quietly abandoned because they were built for IT teams, not for the floor.
The people doing the hardest work in industry deserve tools built for the way they actually work.
Not adapted from enterprise software. Not bolted onto a spreadsheet. Built from the floor up — for the floor.
Flagship Product
Safety VeraA permit issued on carbon paper. An incident report filed three days late because nobody could find the right form. A contractor on-site with no documented safety induction.
These aren't rare exceptions. For most safety teams, this is Tuesday.
Safety Vera changes that. Built specifically for HSE managers, safety officers, and compliance teams — it brings your entire safety operation into one connected platform that your team will actually open, actually use, and actually trust.
From asset management and incident reporting to digital permits, LOTO, and contractor safety — everything your team runs on paper today, running digitally tomorrow. On desktop, tablet, or smartphone. On the floor, in the field, or without a Wi-Fi signal — Safety Vera works offline and syncs the moment you're connected.
Built and tested by safety professionals from automotive and FMCG industries.

OpexFlowYou know the frameworks. You've done the training. You can run a 5S audit in your sleep and explain the five whys to anyone on the floor.
But your last RCA is in a notebook no one else can read. Your autonomous maintenance checklist is three revisions behind. And your tier meeting actions from two weeks ago — nobody followed up because nobody could find where they were written down.
The discipline is there. The system is letting it down.
OpexFlow digitizes the operational excellence frameworks your team already follows — so the rigour you've built doesn't evaporate the moment someone closes a folder. Accessible on any device, on the floor, without needing a stable connection. Because continuous improvement shouldn't stop when the Wi-Fi does.
For ops managers who know lean — and want to run it the way it was meant to be run.
Beyond the flagship
Maybe it's a unique inspection workflow. A custom shift handover report. An internal approval chain that doesn't map to any off-the-shelf system. Whatever it is — it's still running on paper, and everyone has quietly accepted that it always will.
It won't. And you don't have to rip out your existing processes to fix it. We digitalize the workflows your team already follows — your logic, your language, your sequence — just without the paper. We've spent years inside factories, plants, and industrial operations. We understand your compliance constraints, your floor realities, and the genuine difficulty of getting a team to adopt something new. If the workflow exists, we can digitalize it.
Vanthika Solutions was founded by someone who spent years working inside automotive and FMCG organisations — close enough to the floor to feel the daily friction of running safety and operations on paper.
Our story
The tools that could have helped either didn't exist or were priced for enterprises with entire IT departments to run them. So we built our own. First for our own organisation. Then — when we saw how much it changed the way people worked — we decided to scale it. Not as a startup chasing a market. As insiders solving a problem we personally lived.
We are not a generic dev agency that stumbled into industrial software. We are people who have filed permits, run tier meetings, and managed AMC schedules — who then learned to build the tools we always wished existed.
Vanthika is named after the two people closest to our founder's heart. It's a reminder that everything we build is personal. Built with care. Built to last. Built for real people doing real work in demanding environments.
We don't build software for industry. We build software from inside it.
If something on this page felt familiar — a process, a frustration, a workflow you've quietly accepted will always be broken — that's the conversation worth having.
No pitch. No pressure. Just talk.
